6 double rooms and 2 junior suites are soundproofed, characterized by exposed beams, chandeliers in style and handmade terracotta floors. Wrought iron beds, curtains and Deruta ceramics embellish each type of room. Private bathrooms with hairdryer, courtesy service, daily cleaning, change of linen, TV, telephone, free Wi-Fi connection, minibar, tea kettle and air conditioning are the services present in each room.
Swimming pool, open from June to September, is for the exclusive use of our guests and it is accessible from 8:00 in the morning until 8:00 in the evening. Solarium area, equipped with sun loungers and pool towels, is available free of charge to all guests. Exclusive access to the KlaYmai SPA is permitted, by booking in advance, every day from 09:00 to 21:00 at a cost of €60 per person (€100 for 2 people) for exclusive use for the duration of 90 minutes. Wellness area is also to be considered for the exclusive use of hotel guests.
